exhibitors at the 2008 CMSM LCWR assembly.

Exhibit Times during Assembly
August 1: Set up in the morning; Exhibit opens at 1:00 p.m and continues throughout the evening social
August 2: Exhibit Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
August 3: Exhibit Hours: 8:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Exhibits close at 11:30 a.m.
Exhibitors are invited to attend the morning liturgies and keynote address. Seating will be in the back of the ballroom

LCWR: Assembly Exhibitor Policy
(Summary version: the entire policy is sent out with the application form)
As a condition of exhibiting at the LCWR Assembly, the exhibitors expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Exhibition Regulations as put forth by LCWR and the Exhibit management. The Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR) reserves the right to amend these regulations or to make additions hereto. LCWR further reserves the right to make specific exceptions to, or changes in, these regulations without establishing a precedent or applying those exceptions or changes beyond the specific cases involved. LCWR reserves the right, at its discretion and without necessity of refund, to terminate and revoke exhibitor's use of exhibit space at the Assembly, if the exhibitor, after notice, fails immediately to cure any violation of the regulations. The interpretation of the regulations and all matters not covered by these regulations are subject to the sole discretion of LCWR.
Attendance at LCWR Events:
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the keynote address and the liturgies (chairs will be set up in the back of the ballroom for exhibitors).
