The Center for the Study of Religious Life, which is sponsored by CMSM, LCWR, and the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago ( CTU ), serves as a resource to religious congregations in the United States and their leadership by
• convening interdisciplinary conferences and workshops to engage scholars and religious in reflection on the data and experience of religious life,
• designing and developing tools to assist leaders of religious congregations in carrying out their mission, and
• making information and research about Catholic vowed religious life accessible to religious organizations, writers and researchers.
