A Retreat for LCWR Members and Associates Serving in Elected Congregation Leadership
Join women religious leaders from across the conference for a five-day retreat designed to nurture, renew, and sustain those serving in elected congregation leadership.
This retreat offers a sacred space to step away from the demands of leadership and reflect on both the blessings and challenges of religious life today. Through prayer, contemplation, and shared wisdom, participants will be invited to deepen their spiritual grounding and renew their capacity to lead with hope and compassion.
Each day will include:
- Inspirational presentations and reflective input
- Quiet contemplative time for personal prayer and renewal
- Meaningful ritual experiences
- Optional opportunities for small-group sharing
- Individual conversations with one of the retreat facilitators
Whether you are seeking renewal, discernment, or simply the gift of time apart, this retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with God, yourself, and fellow leaders in religious life.
